Every email includes an unsubscribe option so recipients can opt-out if they wish. This avoids being blacklisted by your patient’s Internet service provider. And, expect a certain number of emails to bounce as patients change their email address. Your Smile Marketing website console collects these bounces and provides a simple way to edit or delete them depending whether they are members (patients) or subscribers (prospects).

And what about the 30% or so of your patients who don’t have Internet access? In addition to the emailed version, we supply a high-resolution, printable version you can mail or handout at the front desk.
