Hi I'm Ryan, a total creative at heart who joined Vortala looking for a long-term home, a place where I could truly spend the rest of my working life growing. What I love most about what I do is getting to interact with and learn from so many incredible people every day, while hopefully bringing a bit of lighthearted, mood-boosting energy to the team.

When I’m not blogging, editing videos, or taking photos, you’ll find me heading for the rivers, lakes, and mountains, because the beach, sand, and salty water just aren't for me. I love the mountains because of the climate, not the hike. I'd probably run out of breath in 15 mins. Lately, I’ve also jumped headfirst into building RC cars and am gearing up for my first race. It's my way of taking out the frustration from Manila traffic.

I unironically play Christmas music every now and then. It’s my ultimate motivation tool to keep pushing and make every holiday season better than the last! (That, and I’m probably rewatching The Big Bang Theory for the hundredth time.)
