Upgrade your Standard Plan design to full custom design. Following your comprehensive design brief, our design team will invest additional hours to develop and refine your custom design including:

• A comprehensive search of multiple image libraries to source a selection of images that match your brief. You’ll be asked to review our image selection and provide feedback. Note: image-use royalties are included with our premium design fee.
• Once you approve your design in static format, Flash animation will be developed and applied to further enhance the impact of your custom site design.
• Unlimited design edits until you approve our work.

2. Email Header Design

Your interactive Smile Marketing site sends a range of systematic emails on your behalf (monthly practice newsletter, e-learning, birthday greetings). Integrate your practice branding across all email communications with custom designed email headers.

3. Custom Homepage Design

Your homepage is the "reception room" of your website. The quality of the design of your homepage welcome message and feature articles aids new patient conversion.

4. Custom Office Map

Many prospective patients who visit your website may be new to your community and are looking for your office phone number and location (with clear directions and parking details). Some find the Google Map (included with Standard Plan sites) offers too much superfluous detail. A custom office map makes it easy for new patients to find you and reinforces your office branding.

5. Additional Licenses

For the Standard Plan, your initial monthly fee includes a license for 300 users (unlimited for Premium Plan clients). This means you can add 300 members or subscribers to the administrative area of your site so they receive your monthly newsletter, e-learning, birthday greetings and announcements from your email console. Additional licenses of 300 users each are available as your website membership grows.

Note: once Standard Plan clients add three additional licenses (1200 users in total), your fee is capped and you may add unlimited members for no additional fee.

We’ll expertly implement this linking package for a one-time fee or, we’ll equip you (or a member of your team) with step-by-step instructions to undertake this initiative yourself… ask your Account Manager for details. As a guide, it takes a highly proficient Internet user 3 - 7 hours to complete this task.

9. Admitting Patient Paperwork

Downloadable new patient paperwork saves staff time, is appreciated by patients and, based on doctor comments, tends to result in a more complete patient history.

Note: if you already have your office paperwork in electronic format, it can be included with the Standard Plan as one of your 10 pages. If your office paperwork needs to be adapted for use online, this service is included with our Premium Plan and available as a Standard Plan option.

10. Custom Smile Gallery

Simply supply your Account Manager with a selection of "before" and "after" dental procedure photos and he or she will expertly develop a smile gallery for use on your website. A very effective new patient conversion initiative!

11. Custom Welcome Message

Writing an effective homepage welcome message requires copy writing skills and search engine knowledge. Smile Marketing's expert writers will craft a welcome message that differentiates your practice and converts even the toughest prospective new patient!

12. Pre-Launch Bulk Member Upload

As part of your site's launch preparation, supply us with a database or spreadsheet of all patients for whom you have an email address and we'll bulk upload it to your website member console.

13. Additional Email Accounts

Five email accounts are more than enough for most practices. If you need more, there’s a small one-time fee for Standard Plan clients.

Alternatively, we can setup your website domain so we manage your website domain records, and you manage the email accounts associated with the domain (so you can setup as many email accounts as you like). Just let us know your technical preference when your site is being developed.
